Welcome to Ydraw! We are happy you decided to work with us, and look forward to working with you as well! Our job is to make you the perfect video for your company. Your job is to have fun, relax, and watch us create a masterpiece. OK well it’s not THAT easy, we do need you to provide a little bit of info for the process to begin.

 

• Step 1: Sign Ydraw’s Service Agreement and send initial payment.

• Step 2: Fill out Ydraw’s Questionnaire. Additionally, please email us your logo, brochure, and/or any other images/documents you feel are valuable in creating the best branded video possible. At the least, MAKE SURE to send us your completed questionnaire and your logo! Many of our clients are unknowingly put on hold   because they forget these two important tasks.

• Step 3: Once all the information is gathered from the emails and questionnaire, our Creative Team will be in contact with you.

• Step 4: During the creative process, you will work with the team to finalize the perfect script. From there, the visual concepts will be created by the team and the style of artist will be selected.

• Step 5: After storyboarding, our animation artists will draw your video… making it magically COME TO LIFE. This is probably the most rewarding part of the video production process here at Ydraw.

• Step 6: When the animations and scenarios are approved and revised, the artwork will be sent to the editors, where the video will be transformed into the production you will see on screen.
