Scott Moss and Jeremy Schudde have been business partners since 2012. Together, they have built a successful mortgage team to best serve any markets Real Estate Mortgage needs. In 2018, it was decided that the time had come to branch out and leave their previous employer, in order to start their own Mortgage Brokerage. Doing so would provide them the freedom to better manage lender choice and lender relationships, as well as maximize the benefit to borrowers with lower rates and costs. In starting their own brokerage they also partnered up with Eric Hubbard, an industry veteran, who brings a wealth of mortgage skills and knowledge to the table. Additional staff includes Sandi Brown, Ian Talbot, and Karli Spencer, who each work diligently to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
